Vision Statement

We welcome new writers, established writers, and everyone interested in the writer's craft. Our purpose is to glorify God and His Son Jesus Christ through all we do as we encourage others in the craft of writing.

Mary Potter Kenyon & Nick Portzen, Co-coordinators

Nick and Mary serve as co-coordinators of the conference along with the help of a core committee of volunteers.

Mary is an award-winning author and thirteen-year veteran of the conference. She has worked as a program coordinator at a library and a spirituality center. After nearly ten years of widowhood, Mary met the man God had asked her to pray for three years earlier. They were married six weeks later in August 2021. Nick is a veteran and former business owner. With years of experience in cooking and catering, Nick provides the meals during our event.
